We led the design and delivery of McLaren Automotive's presence at the Geneva International Motor Show, one of the most influential platforms in the global automotive calendar.
Each year, the objective was clear: elevate the experience, evolve the execution, and ensure every detail reflected McLaren's uncompromising standards.

We built an environment that combined precision engineering with brand theatre. The space welcomed fans, prospects and VIPs without losing focus or control. Visitors could step inside the cars, a rare privilege at such an event, while prospective owners moved into private spec rooms. A calm, considered VIP suite allowed guests to relax, preview future products and enjoy high end hospitality. It quickly became the place to be.
The experience wasn't just designed, it was operationalised. Our team handled everything from concept to breakdown: stand architecture, press events, catering, front-of-house, VIP management and supplier coordination. A 60-person crew ensured the entire system ran cleanly from the first reveal to the final handover.
With the stand built and press ready, the show was cancelled just 24 hours before opening. We pivoted immediately. Within 48 hours the full experience was reassembled at McLaren's headquarters in Woking. Press, product and crew transitioned without delay.
This wasn't about recovery. It was about resilience, and the trust built through consistent delivery. One partnership, show after show.
