Over the course of The Wimbledon Championships, Wimbledon Park became home to an activation designed to keep families moving long after the final point had been played.
Working alongside the Aurora team, we created a fully branded experience to introduce Nex Playground, a new interactive gaming console that transforms physical movement into fun, active games for the whole family, with no controllers required.
Visitors could take part in free tennis coaching before stepping into the world of Nex Playground, where they were invited to try a range of motion-controlled games. Using the console's camera-based technology, children and parents could jump, dodge, swing and compete together without the need for controllers, creating an experience that was as active as it was entertaining.
The activation created a natural connection between movement on the court and active gaming, demonstrating how the fun and energy of tennis could continue beyond Wimbledon. By encouraging families to play together and experience the technology first-hand, it showcased how Nex Playground makes screen time more active, social and engaging for all ages.
From concept through to delivery, the result was a vibrant brand experience that kept families moving throughout the four-day activation.
